People stopped caring about printer features when they stopped caring about printing. To address this, we shifted HP’s global printer video strategy from end-to-end specs to reestablishing the role of HP printing in today’s world. Our “product video” resonated so strongly that the CEO personally requested it to headline his keynote speech at the annual convention.
